These terms govern the use of Remite and the purchase of its plans. By creating an account you accept them.

Who provides the service

What Remite is

An online tool that, from a brief and your brand's website, writes and designs marketing emails and prepares them for export to your email platform. Remite does not send your campaigns: you send them from your platform.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email you. The account is personal: don't share it or use it to let others bypass their plan's limits. You must be over 18 and use Remite for your professional activity or your company's.

Plans and prices

• Free: 3 emails a month, 1 brand and up to 2 languages per email, with the limits shown in the app.
• Pro: €39 a month, or €384 a year (€32 a month).
• Business: €119 a month, or €1,188 a year (€99 a month).
• Enterprise: custom, by written agreement.

What each plan includes (emails, brands, languages, direct send to your platform and connected products) is detailed in the app when you choose it. Prices exclude VAT, which is added as applicable; if you are an EU business outside Spain and provide your VAT ID, the reverse charge applies. Limits are counted per calendar month and unused amounts don't carry over.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Payments are made by card through Stripe, in advance. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from “Plans and billing”: you keep the plan until the end of the paid period and then your account moves to the free plan, without losing what you created. If you change plans mid-period, the difference is prorated. Periods already started are not refunded, except as required by law.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to the contact above. Since you ask to start using the plan immediately, if you withdraw within that period you are refunded the amount minus the part proportional to the service already used.

Acceptable use

Don't use Remite to create spam, misleading emails, illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights, or to send commercial communications without the consent required by law. Don't try to bypass limits, overload the service or access other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

What you create with Remite is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service. The content is written by artificial intelligence: review it before sending, as it may contain mistakes, and you are responsible for what you send. If you use third-party logos, images or texts, make sure you are allowed to.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Remite running at all times, but there may be outages for maintenance or provider failures. We may improve or change features. If we change prices or these terms in a way that affects you, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before they apply.

Liability

Remite is provided as is, with professional diligence. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Closing your account

You can stop using Remite at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to the contact above.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform.

Your data is handled according to the privacy policy.
